Public-interest AI work needs public-interest data practices.
This page explains how Aristotle Agentic handles website inquiries, sponsor independence, and public trust commitments for Aristotle Agentic, Montana AI-X, the Training Hub, and AristotleOS.
What we collect.
Inquiry forms
When you submit a form, the site stores the information you provide: name, email, organization, topic, message, inquiry type, submission time, and source page.
The backend also stores limited operational metadata to protect the site from abuse, including a hashed IP address by default. Raw IP storage is off unless deliberately enabled by the site operator.
No advertising trackers
The current site does not load third-party analytics, advertising pixels, social widgets, or external font services. Images and code ship locally with the website.
How we use it.
- Respond to inquiries about research, training, Montana AI-X, AristotleOS, partnerships, sponsorships, roadshow hosting, media, or civic AI work.
- Understand which programs and pages generate serious institutional interest.
- Protect the website from spam, abuse, and automated form attacks.
- Export inquiries for internal follow-up by authorized Aristotle Agentic operators.
Sponsor independence.
Montana AI-X and Aristotle Agentic may seek sponsorships, grants, donations, or partnerships that support public-interest AI work. Sponsorship is support, not editorial control.
Sponsors, donors, vendors, and partners do not control research conclusions, public statements, policy recommendations, training content, or public trust commitments unless a future written agreement says otherwise and is disclosed where appropriate.
Operational posture.
Security basics
The production server is designed to use security headers, same-origin form submission, honeypot spam checks, request size limits, rate limiting, blocked dotfiles, and a token-protected admin console.
Retention and deletion
Aristotle Agentic retains inquiry records only for operational follow-up, relationship history, spam prevention, and accountable program administration. If you want an inquiry corrected or removed, contact Aristotle Agentic through the site with enough detail to identify the submission.
Plain-English commitment
This page describes Aristotle Agentic's operating commitments for website inquiries, sponsor independence, and public-interest data handling. Formal contracts, grant terms, regulated-sector engagements, and donor agreements may add additional written requirements.
